General:

• COPYRIGHT: Please do not ask us to break Copyright. Provided the MCPS forms are completed by you (blank copies stocked by Angel Talk Limited) and are posted by us (a charge of 50p is made for this service), duplication may then commence immediately. All subsequent dealings with MCPS are between them and yourselves. Angel Talk can accept no liability for any delays caused by lack of Copyright clearance.
  
• MASTER Media (CDs and DVDs etc.): Whilst Angel Talk will take every care of customers master media and other property, the Company can accept no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused.
  
• DISCOUNTS: See CD COPY and DVD COPY pages. No further discounts available.
  
• PAYMENT for all orders: Commercial orders, 30 day standard. Private individuals, with order or upon collection/before dispatch.
  
• COMPLETION of orders: Please allow 14 days. Angel Talk normally hope to beat this, depending upon current workload, by completion within a few days. If you are desperate, we may still be able to help - currently all orders requiring either weekend or bank holiday working will incur a 25% surcharge.
  
• PRINTING for CDs and DVDs: We offer CD and DVD printing directly on the supplied Ink Jet Printable blanks used and can also offer printed labels if required. Printing of Tray Liners and Booklets will need to be sub-contracted where the minimum order is for 1,000 sets and multiples of 1,000 which will incur a handling charge of 17.5%. NB. We cannot offer a colour matching service.
  
• Artwork: If the complete artwork is to be supplied, it must be in a circular form, Angel Talk has only minimal graphic capabilities. Supply in *.jpg, *.tif or *.bmp format (although other formats may be accepted) by E-Mail or on CD, Floppy Disk or Zip 100/250 disk. No responsibility accepted for the storage of artwork originals.
  
• MASTER FORMATS: The following formats, in order of preference:

  For CD origination:

  Note, it is expected that customers will attend all CD mastering or origination sessions, unless full instructions of requirements are given beforehand in writing.

  1. DAT Cassette: Only DAT cassettes recorded at a Sampling Rate of 44.1kHz can be copied to our SADiE™ system in the digital domain, for CD mastering. Recordings made at a Sampling Rate of 48kHz or 32kHz may by input via the Analogue outputs with a very small loss of quality and the risk that the levels may need increasing with a consequent charge. Or the material may be entered digitally and digitally re-sampled to 44.1kHz by the SADiE™ system at extra cost.
  2. Compact Disk (CD): Please indicate clearly the tracks required.
  3. Minidisk: Please indicate clearly the tracks required.
  4. 1/4" HALF-TRACK OPEN REEL: Stereo or Mono, 7½ or 15 IPS IEC, 3¾, 7½ or 15 IPS NAB. Please indicate IEC or NAB. The start and end of sides must be clearly indicated by Leader tape, otherwise extra costs may be involved. (Open Reel master should always be presented and stored "tail out" in order to minimise "print-through" problems and will be returned in this condition.) . Extra costs may be involved in order to "lift" the levels on the finished CD. NB. We can only handle ¼ track material if this is recorded in one direction only
  5. COMPACT CASSETTE: Standard speed only, with Dolby B or C or DBX type II. Only these encodings can be handled. . Extra costs may be involved in order to "lift" the levels on the finished CD.
  6. F1/BETAMAX DIGITAL: Material in this format can only be input to the SADiE™ system via the analogue outputs. Extra costs may be involved in order to "lift" the levels on the finished CD.

  All editing charged @ £30.00 per hour.

For CD and DVD copying:

1. Most CD & DVD formats can be duplicated, (CD - except UDF which is a proprietary HP format). Any open multi-session CD masters will produce 'closed' copies.
